We are looking for someone who loves people management and can lead a team of Project Managers for software development projects! Do you love creating order from chaos? You have:

  • Ability to develop and deploy processes
  • Familiar with project management & software development processes
  • Leading and managing others to deliver the expected deliverables on-time
  • A self-motivated, diligent worker with the ability to be flexible
  • Unbelievably organized
  • Great at making decisions & having tough conversations
  • Previous experiences in:
    • Managing people
    • Building organizational processes
    • ClickUp or other project management software

Regarding our interview process, we believe that formal interviews don’t reasonably reflect a candidate’s ability to deliver, their communication, and whether they are a good fit in our organization. So instead we hire people on a probationary basis. During that time, if either of us feel it isn’t a good fit, then we can choose to part ways.
