Regarding our interview process, we believe that formal interviews don’t reasonably reflect people’s ability to deliver, their communication and whether they are a good fit in our organization. So instead, we do more minimal interviews and hire people on a probationary basis and during that time, if either of us feel it isn’t a good fit, then we can choose to part ways. Role (Overview of the Position)

  • As a Digital Strategist at Four13, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive digital commerce marketing strategies for our valued clients and even for our own digital presence. You will play a pivotal role in driving online success, enhancing brand visibility, creating revenue growth, and achieving measurable results through digital channels.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

  • Tailored Digital Commerce Strategy: Collaborate closely with our valued clients and internal teams to craft customized digital marketing strategies that are closely aligned with their specific business objectives, target audiences, and current industry trends.
  • Dedicated Client Engagement: Act as the primary client liaison, dedicated to understanding and meeting their unique requirements. Provide strategic recommendations aimed at helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals effectively.
  • Insight-Driven Data Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Make well-informed adjustments and optimizations to ensure that our clients receive the best possible results.
  • Personalized Content Strategy: Develop content marketing plans that cater to our clients’ individual needs. This includes devising content creation, distribution, and promotion strategies designed to bolster their brand authority and foster audience engagement.
  • Holistic SEO and SEM Management: Take charge of optimizing both organic and paid online visibility efforts through SEO and SEM. This ensures that clients benefit from enhanced visibility and increased traffic.
  • Engaging Social Media Management: Create and manage social media strategies, complete with content calendars, to nurture brand awareness and meaningful engagement across various platforms.
  • Strategic Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on client satisfaction. Implement segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to achieve optimal results.
  • Actionable Analytics and Reporting: Consistently generate reports that comprehensively outline campaign performance. Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations, enabling them to continually improve their digital marketing strategies.
  • Efficient Budget Management: Take a client-centered approach to digital marketing budget management, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the attainment of maximum return on investment for our clients.

Results(Success Measures for this role)

  • Client-Specific Digital Marketing ROI: Continuously gauge the return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing campaigns and strategies, with a primary focus on aligning results with each client’s unique goals and expectations.
  • Tailored Traffic and Engagement Metrics: Customize the monitoring of website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other engagement metrics to precisely measure the impact of digital marketing efforts on our clients’ objectives.
  • Client-Centric Lead Generation: Carefully assess both the quantity and quality of leads generated through digital channels, with the primary aim of increasing the flow of leads tailored to each client’s preferences.
  • Enhanced Online Visibility: Keep a keen eye on improvements in search engine rankings and online visibility, ensuring that these enhancements are specifically benefiting both our organization and our clients.
  • Customized Content Performance: Evaluate the influence of content marketing efforts, including tracking metrics such as blog views, social shares, and engagement, all with a focus on meeting our clients’ individual content goals.
  • Personalized Email Marketing Effectiveness: Measure email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, taking into account the unique email marketing goals and objectives set by each client.
  • Tailored Social Media Metrics: Analyze social media performance metrics, encompassing follower growth, engagement rates, and their direct impact on enhancing our clients’ brand awareness and objectives.
  • Efficient Budget Management Aligned with Client Goals: Ensure digital marketing budgets are meticulously managed to maximize results within the specific financial parameters set by each client.
  • Adherence to Client-Defined Timelines: Meet deadlines for campaign launches, content publication, and reporting, maintaining a consistent and organized workflow in alignment with each client’s schedules.
  • Client Retention and Growth: Strive to retain and expand existing client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional value and by consistently achieving or surpassing their digital marketing objectives.
  • Client-Aligned Achievement of Strategic Goals: Assure that digital marketing strategies are closely aligned with both our company’s and clients’ strategic objectives. Measure success against these client-specific goals and objectives to guarantee maximum client satisfaction and value.

Requirements(Expected Proficiencies)

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tagrocket, SEMrush, Klaviyo).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.

After successfully passing the initial screening by our team, you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the next stage in the selection process. This will be reviewed by our team before advancing to the next stage of the hiring process.
