KOI CBD had built a premium wellness brand—but its digital presence told three different stories. The D2C flagship, Discovery content hub, and Wholesale portal each served distinct audiences, yet none felt like part of the same family. The challenge wasn't just migrating platforms. It was designing a system that could unify the brand while preserving the functional clarity each audience needed.

The Solution

Four13 developed a comprehensive UI Kit and Web Style Guide that established KOI's design language across all three storefronts. For D2C, we preserved the lifestyle-rich aesthetic—wave backgrounds, curved dividers, and immersive imagery. For Wholesale, we stripped back the visual complexity, creating structured, professional layouts that let products and pricing take center stage. A unified design language, adapted for each storefront’s unique role.
