Functional Beverage Brand Launches on Shopify in Days

Days, not weeks. That was the tight window White Rabbit Energy had to move from BigCommerce to Shopify after policy changes required a rapid platform change. It was no mean feat for a functional beverage brand with recurring subscriptions. 

Behind its ~15 active SKUs were customer records, workflows, and roughly 23,000 historical orders spread across sticky.io, Odoo, Shippo, and Klaviyo. With recurring billing in motion, a data gap or failed connection could interrupt orders, disrupt customers, and put revenue at risk.

THE SOLUTION

White Rabbit chose Four13 for a fixed-price migration with one target: go live within a week of contract signing. Four13 split the work into two phases and locked the scope and pricing upfront, a commitment few partners make when there is so little margin for delay. 

Shopify provided the commerce foundation: a modern checkout, deeper Klaviyo connectivity, and an app ecosystem that could support the existing stack. This gave White Rabbit access to richer marketing data.

Four13 protected subscription continuity, migrated and validated historical data, and aligned Shopify and Odoo SKUs. The team also transferred subscriptions and payment tokens, prevented order conflicts, restored key integrations, and carried the project through launch.
