USG retained full control of strategy, copy, lists, and creative direction. Four13 took everything from there: building campaigns inside USG's existing templates, running QA on layout and copy placement, configuring product sets based on client inputs, coordinating approvals, scheduling, and deploying on time.

The scope also included organic social publishing alongside email. When content was ready, both channels launched together from a single production workflow, eliminating the coordination overhead that usually comes with cross-channel campaigns.
